It seems utterly ridiculous that a Government Policy, aimed at protecting lives, protecting front line workers, and the community at large, is challenged repeatedly by those with selfish interests. Why are we all being bullied, and harassed by an airline industry who have evolved a flawed business model, based on commercial greed, globalisation of their market, consumerism, and the entropic world of wall to wall holidays, although only for the select few, or for those who can! What regard to the environment or those fateful CO2 emissions, what regard to safe distancing, the proliferation of infection, and to the health and aspirations of the developing world, one whose opportunities have yet to be granted, or unfold!

Perhaps a challenge to the Motor Vehicle Industry is more pressing, producing as it does, the substantial part of toxic emissions. Why have we been so slow in developing innovative technologies, and infrastructure, to revolutionise travel and propulsion? Yes, you guessed it, Ministerial and Government “lag” and indolence, vested-interest intrusions, and the hedonism of commercial lethargy, and ineptitude! Perhaps we should introduce a new, invigorating, and youthful approach, with a more humanist, socialist, and environmentally aware, breed of progressive, evolved, and erudite thinkers. Cars are piling up at the docks, production lines are at a standstill, and why? They are utterly superfluous; the bubble has burst, the consumer, ravaged by adversarial merchandising and profiteering, has spoken; the conceit and deceit, forever banished, to the annals of merciless Capitalistic profanities.

We are constantly denied technological innovation, and “Green” alternatives by indifference, insidious collusion, and the proliferation of profligate individuals and groups, immersed in both the establishment and the “shadows.” What is needed is action; an incisive and a bold attack on established views and rituals, on outdated and perilously slow interventions It demands a new order of empiricism, an elevated socialism, and a definitive move to mutualisation and sustainability. This does not require a revolution, rather it asks of individuals, the respect, consideration, and commitment, to the demands of an evolved, and progressive society. One should never be ashamed to take full ownership, and faith, in ones own beliefs and dreams; we all have aspirations, sometimes doubts, but in the aftermath of such calamitous times, we have an obligation to re-evaluate our lives, our relationships, and our sense of propriety, fairness, and commitment to a fairer, social inclusiveness.

In a brave new world, we can afford ourselves circumspect reflection of our identity, and the sublime nature of humankind, and its all-pervading bounteousness. We all have the right of choice, and we must choose carefully, and with eloquence. Think of a parable, the garden of provision and life. There is a humble simplicity of growth and regeneration, yet it is profound and arcane. We are that garden, sometimes effusive, often restrained, but always capable, indeed productive. Indomitable, imbued with considerable energies, coupled with ingenuity and diligence, sets a mark for purpose, a new holy grail of achievement and egalitarianism. We owe it to ourselves to be free; to be free-thinking, uncoupled from the mundane, and the spiritually vacuous, to enjoy the time, and commitments we make with, and for each other. Take time to enjoy the journey, the view, the air, and the abundant, unexplored, experiences.

We are sometimes complex, yet we have enjoyed this freedom, and space; time to be alone, to dream and wonder, time to retreat and rest; more so, we have sought in solemnity, peace to grieve and heal, to acknowledge and appreciate, this special valiant time. This is a most urbane, definitive moment in the history of humankind, and it demands meticulous scrutiny and abstraction. It will take you, with lofty purpose, on an esoteric, rewarding journey, one full of possibilities, promise, harmony, and fellowship. It is a time of dignity, and thoughtfulness.
